Christian Care Communities is currently seeking an LPN Unit Manager for our Christian Health Center located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

Our Mission is to enhance the journey of life for older adults. We are Kentucky's largest faith-inspired, non-profit provider of affordable senior living and long-term care for older adults.

The community offers a quality senior living experience on our lovely 40-acre tree-lined community with an array of garden home styles, apartments, and services including our 116-bed skilled nursing and rehab area.

Requirements for an LPN Unit Manager:

  • Associates degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
  • Bachelors' degree in nursing from an accredited college or university preferred
  • 2 years' experience in long-term care; supervisory experience in acute care, subacute or long term care
  • Licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as an RN or LPN; Certified Wound Care Nurse or ability to become certified within 6 months of employment
  • Working knowledge of various software programs such as Microsoft Office products including, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

An LPN Unit Manager is responsible for supervising nursing activities and provides direct nursing care during assigned duty hours while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards.
