Adams Group offers a competitive package including, but not limited to, the following:
Responsible for the efficient operation and primary maintenance of the machine in which they are assigned. Machines which require operators include but are not limited to: edgebander, beam saw/horizontal panel saw, dowel inserter, hinge inserter, CNC router and v-groover. Machine operators should be meticulous by nature, able to multi-task and have the ability to foresee issues and provide solutions before they happen.

TOTAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE

- $18.00 - $21.00 an hour based on experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Degree or GED
- Minimum of one year's employment with Adams Group in the manufacturing setting or verifiable equivalent experience with another millwork company
- Understand and be capable of operating all equipment/machines
- Mechanically inclined
- Knowledge of calipers
- Basic hand tool knowledge and experience
- Must be able to read, interpret, and fully understand blueprints, drawings and cut lists
- Understands the cabinet design to install hardware
- Strong ability to be self-motivated to ensure all work is completed quickly and timely
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure machine is properly set up and producing the quality of parts expected
- Maintain all materials needed to successfully operate machine
- Perform routine and periodic maintenance
- Ability to reasonably diagnose and articulate issues with machine
- Ability to use the computer as trained for specific machines
- Perform milling, turning, taping and all saw operations
- Report any and all abnormalities affecting the quality of parts or overall machine operation
- Assists in keeping the plant clean
