Machine Operator Job at Staffing Network
Responsibilities:
1. Assemble machine according to SOP.
2. Operate stuffing and sizer machines according to procedures documented in machine MOPs.
3. Load racks with logs as they come off of the sizer machine.
4. Ensure SOP is being followed for log length, diameter, casing, etc.
5. Make machine adjustments as required; i.e. clips, log length, diameter, vacuum settings, etc.
6. Load casing onto machine and inform designated person if more casing is needed.
7. Ensure all racks are properly labeled at all times.
8. Ensure work area is kept clean of meat debris and other hazards and a safe work environment is maintained.
9. Notify Supervisor or Lead of any problems that may occur with product, people, or equipment.
10. Adhere to all Food safety, Quality and GMP procedures specific to this position.
11. Wear proper PPE as required.
12. Maintain 5S++ workstations in designated work areas.
13. Participate in and complete Department audits.
14. All other duties assigned by Management.

MON-FRI (SATURDAYS AS NEEDED)
3:15pm-11:45pm
PAY:$14.50/HR
