What you will do:

As a Maintenance Assistant you will assist in maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment. You will assist in the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policy and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility.

Must haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in operation of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, maintenance practices and procedures
• Ability to plan and carry out programs in repair, new construction, and equipment installation

Compensation for roles at Windsor Care Center of Cheviot Hills varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by state or local law, Windsor Care Center of Cheviot Hills provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Windsor Care Center of Cheviot Hills reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, as stated below:

Pay Range: $18.50 - $20.53 per hour DOE
