General knowledge of home repairs

Possesses a variety of skills, i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpentry

Ability to troubleshoot/repair with minimal daily direction

Self-Motivated with excellent organizational skills

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent work ethic
• Able to complete work orders
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
