Maintenance Job at Campbell Property Management
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Prepare trash rooms for trash pickup.
Clean trash room.
Clean parking lot area on a daily basis including picking up trash, blowing leaves when necessary.
Clean pool area and furniture on a weekly basis.
Clean grill area and grills on a regular basis and monitor propane supply.
Empty and clean trash cans around pool, car wash area, east and west elevators and dog relief area.
Clean and maintain the pond areas on a regular basis.
General painting and touch-ups/patching.
Drywall repairs.
Minor electrical & plumbing repairs (non-permit).
Light bulb checks and replacement.
Power washing of parking lot and catwalks as required.
Rodent control when required.
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8a-4p
Pay Rate: Up to $25 DOE
