Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center is looking for a Maintenance Director who is willing to help us in our mission to make every resident feel cared for.

This position is responsible for directing overall plant operations including exterior and interior maintenance and electrical and plumbing work and drywall patch and repair. Requirements include identifying and forecasting resources, providing oversight for minor construction projects, capital improvement projects, and daily cleaning and repair tasks. Assure timely completion of all tasks by providing direction assistants and communication to supervisors, technicians, engineers, and vendors. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Ideal candidates will have 5 years' prior maintenance experience in all areas. Experience working with seniors and various state/local agencies for inspections is a plus!
