About us
Wildwood Acres is a fun.55+ active manufactured home community. We are looking for the right person to add to our team. Our maintenance staff is responsible for all common areas and amenities. This includes grounds maintenance , irrigation systems, light plumbing, and janitorial duties. You will need to be able to work well as a team and also be able to perform tasks independently If you don't mind working outdoors this may be the job you are looking for.
Job Duties:
- Complete routine maintenance and repair including landscaping, painting, light plumbing,basic carpentry and irrigation.
- Ensure community grounds and common areas are presentable at all times
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and guests
Requirements:
- At least two years hands-on general maintenance
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work outside in hot conditions
- Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Working cell phone
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently as well as a team
- Background check required
- Drug Free Workplace
Job Type: Full-time with occasional emergency calls
Hours are Monday - Friday with an occasional call on weekends.
Salary: $13.00 to $14.00 /hour
