We are looking for a Maintenance Person to perform general maintenance and repair work around our properties which we maintain. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of power tools and the ability to repair equipment, communicate well with others and work independently. This position is responsible for all maintenance work around the properties that we maintain including the general upkeep of the building and grounds, as well as performing equipment repairs to keep the properties running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Use hand and power tools to complete projects.
- Painting, install carpet squares, trash removal
- Repair building interiors and exteriors.
- Install plumbing systems, lighting fixtures, drywall, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
