Job Overview:
Directly supervises maintenance technicians and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these individuals. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
1. Planning and auditing production area activities for projects, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
2. Training, developing, guiding, and assisting maintenance technicians in the production area.
3. Tracking and reporting KPI’s relative to individual and departmental performance pertaining, but not limited to, OEE, IH quote, PM Adherence, Hours Bookings, and material and labor costs.
4. Adjusting schedules for technicians in the production area in the event of vacation, sickness, or training.
5. Knowledge of Industrial electrical, pneumatics, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems.
6. Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control drawings and systems.
7. Inspects construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications.
8. Coordinate and schedule work of Maintenance Team including Overtime.
9. Adheres to Brose North America’s Quality Policy as well as OSHA regulations.
10. Maintain and assist in maintenance reporting including personnel records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
