Our Hoosier location at Plymouth, IN is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance System Coordinator to join our team.

Work closely with managerial staff like the maintenance supervisor, plant engineer, and plant engineering manager to execute the organization’s engineering and maintenance plans.

Optimally manage preventive and predictive maintenance work plans, necessary to ensure the reliability of the machinery.

Analyze engineering and maintenance activities to ensure high efficiency and output.

Collaborate with the preventive maintenance team as well as suppliers of equipment and spare parts.

Compose building and equipment specifications manuals as well as training documentation for entire department.

Organize and present engineering and maintenance indicators such as MTTR, MTBF, MMR, Lost Time, and PM Compliance in current standard formats, based on information extracted from the SAP Modules for monitoring key performance indicators.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or equivelent years of experience (4+ years).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in Maintenance Administration or as a Maintenance Planner.
• ERP (SAP PM & MM Modules experience).
• Maintenance management experience (corrective, preventive, predictive, TPM, KPI's).
• Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting Skills
