New Vision Property Management in Warner Robins, GA is looking for one maintenance tech to join our team. In this role, you will address common maintenance issues across multiple properties, performing repairs and installations. You must be able to address a host of common property issues, such as electrical, plumbing, and heating. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, hard-working and has several years of professional experience in property management and maintenance, along with reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to respond to emergencies as they arise. We are located on 301 Robins West Pkwy Suite B.
Responsibilities

*Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties *Perform repairs, installations of fixtures and appliances, and replacement of damaged systems *Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems *Be on-call to respond to emergency issues *Close out repair requests within our online system.
Qualifications

*At least 2 years of plumbing experience. *Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems *Reliable transportation and valid driver's license *Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday *People oriented

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $15.00 - $15.50/hour.
