Hotel maintenance workers are responsible for keeping the hotel maintained and fixing anything that is needed
This includes tasks such as repairing holes in walls, changing settings on cooling and heating equipment, and performing general cleaning tasks inside and outside the hotel's building.
Maintenance technicians are responsible for managing the maintenance, replacement or repairs of hotel equipment, particularly mechanical equipment like motors and pumps.
They are also required to perform annual, quarterly, and monthly preventative maintenance activities.
Hotel maintenance may involve cleaning and maintaining refrigeration, elevators, cable television, telephone lines, personal computers, room furnishings, and lighting fixtures.
Hotel maintenance managers supervise and direct the hotel’s maintenance procedures and operations.
They oversee the repair of buildings, landscapes, and workplaces, and are responsible for checking spending, reporting progress.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
