Maintenance Technician for GSO Maintenance, Inc. GSO Maintenance is a handyman company that is affiliated with Rent-A-Home of the Triad, Inc. Jobs to include work orders sent by Rent A Home including general maintenance repairs. You will be working in both vacant and occupied homes.
- Use AppFolio software to receive and accept work orders
- Update AppFolio with notes and pictures if needed
- Keep track of and turn in invoices once jobs are complete
- Contact tenants to schedule repair appointments
- Give estimates
- Woodworking / Carpentry experience a plus
- Time management skills mandatory
- Must be able to prioritize work schedule
- Good driving record required
- Company vehicle and some tools/equipment to be provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Greensboro, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
