Position: Millwright - Maintenance Technician
Pay: $28hr. - $34hr. with pay raise in Q4
Shift: 2nd - 2pm-10pm
Location: Mendon, MI
*Journeyman card or 8 + years of experience required*
Job Responsibilities
- Install mechanical, hydraulic, mold and accessory equipment.
- Keep machines operational to maintain production schedule.
- Daily mold installation checks.
- Preform PM work to maintain mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain facility as needed.
- Responsible for machine start-up and shutdown on weekends.
- Data entry on machines and mold installations.
- Report to millwright supervisor
- Journeyman card holder or ability to qualify for one preferred.
- Able to lift 35lbs +
- Ability to suggest and implement mechanical and hydraulic improvements as well as production operations.
- Hazard Communication, Power Industrial Vehicle, HazMat, Fall Protection/Ladder Safety, Aerial Lift, Lock out, Spill Response, Hazard Analysis, Hoist, PPE, Respiratory Protection.
