Our lakeside resort requires the talents and skills of an eager Maintenance Person. The successful candidate should be friendly and customer service oriented. We want our guests to feel as though they have stepped into the lap of luxury where everything runs smoothly and is maintained beautifully. It will be your job to ensure it is! Job Responsibilities:
· Perform minor building maintenance to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep and repairs as necessary for basic maintenance and beautification of the resort property.
· This includes but is not limited to keeping up with daily, weekly, or monthly scheduled maintenance and as needed items such as window washing, pest control, trimming bushes, pulling weeds, pool maintenance, and picking up garbage to keep the resort looking its best at all times.
· Maintain inventory of repair and maintenance equipment and supplies.
· Maintain proper records of maintenance completed such as pool chemicals and testing etc
· Ability to respond quickly in the event of an emergency, follow safety protocol, and notify appropriate personnel.
· Perform other maintenance duties as they may arise
Useful skills but not required:
· Experience and basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall repair and painting, installation and repair of basic appliances, and lawncare.
· Experience in basic carpentry.
· Experienced in operating a variety of small hand tools and equipment, including pool equipment, lawn equipment such as a leaf blower, weed eater, and lawn mower.
· Effective written and oral communication skills.
· Able to work well with minimal supervision.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
