OP248 - Shift Manager I - 401Shift Manager: Provides support
and direction to every department in the building. Ensures all aspects of groups
/ birthdays reservations are proceeding according to the schedules. . Operates
cash register, computer or POS system and calculators if needed. Maintains
acceptable level of cleanliness and organization in immediate and surrounding
work areas. Handles all guests’ concerns and issues and incidents. Will be trained to open and close the business. Responsible for assisting in the training of new team members. This a variable hour position, with most hours being evening hours and weekends.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure all

staff is given ample breaks to those who work over 6 hours

• Greets every guest

with a smile and a polite attitude

• Ensure every

employee is in proper uniform

• Ensure

responsible retailing is adhered to for every transaction

• Provides

immediate assistance and quick responses to every guests inquiry whether it be
in person or over the telephone

• Maintains a

clean work station and restroom checks every 15 minutes

• Engage with

guest to ensure all is going well

• Consistently walk the park and visit all attractions to observe and possible correct

behavior
Able to work open or closing shifts, with weekends included
