Fast food family-oriented ice cream franchise with over 60-year history of success in the Inland Empire seeks dependable candidates who want to expand their horizons as management trainees. Successful candidates will embark upon a three-month management training program to achieve the goal of gold-level certification. During training team members will also learn how to become a creative ice cream product artist, cleaning expert, and customer service satisfaction specialist.
The most dedicated and effective managment trainees will become eligible for promotions to an increased pay grade within 3-6 months.
We are seeking candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with heavy customer demands, especially during peak times. In addition to managing shifts successful candidates must be able to work the front counter, the drive-thru and other positions as needed.
