We are hiring for the position of Manager, Finance Transformation who will report to the VP, Corporate Controller, and will be responsible for driving successful finance transformation initiatives related to optimizing business processes, creating meaningful organization of reporting and implementing automation through technology systems. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the Finance organization is utilizing streamlined, optimized, best practice processes to operate effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Leading transformation initiatives by partnering with finance leadership to ensure successful implementation of projects.
- Facilitating the identification and execution of business process optimization within finance aimed at streamlining and aligning to best practice business processes.
- Driving the evaluation of process and system flows for automation opportunities and facilitating proper controls and change management in systems or processes across teams with each implementation.
- Driving and recommending strategies to scale and implement process or system improvements across finance by meeting with stakeholders throughout the company to understand pain points, gaps and inefficiencies.
- Ensuring effective communication to applicable finance stakeholders of upstream and downstream dependencies is adequate, appropriate and effective to support change.
- Leading and supporting the finance team by developing and implementing reports, metrics, KPIs, SLAs, as well as ad hoc analysis.
- Partnering and liaising with IT Business Application team to effectively support finance transformation initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships will all key stakeholders to gather requirements, desired workflows and understand business needs.

The selected individual will be skilled in assessing and comprehending issues at the root level to develop meaningful and sustainable solutions.
Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
- More than 6 years of accounting, reporting and transformation experience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- CPA or equivalent designation preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to operate and create outputs for Alteryx, PowerBI, SAP Analysis for Office, SAP Cloud for Planning Application.
- Experience in the refining or chemical manufacturing industry preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken mediums.
