The Manager for Required Materials Fulfillment role is on the Correspondence Management and Development team, with a focus on the M&R Automated & Manual Post Kit Welcome Materials. We are seeking a dynamic contributor who has demonstrated communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to lead others to meet deliverables and complete projects on-time in a regulated environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of business process analysts to deliver required materials to our members
- Manage kick off, weekly readiness, and lessons learned
- Communicate cross functionally with multiple departments and project implementation teams regarding new market member materials fulfillment, as well as process improvement activities. Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
- Be the business subject matter liaison, experienced in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Lead the team to ensure that New Business, RFPs, Expansions, New Regulatory Changes/requirements, and migrations, as well as Pre- and Post-Implementation projects are executed
- Monitors and evaluates operations and corresponding policies and contracts

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years additional related work experience
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports or leading a team
- 2+ years of experience project management
- Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Experience working with print vendors
- Beginner or higher level of proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint and Visio

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington residents is $85,000 to $167,300. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
