Manager – Scheduling/ Patient Access– ALLEN- Days
In this role, you will lead a growing team that supports expanding service lines, as you coordinate patient registration and admissions, employee payroll and other assigned functions. Verify the insurance coverage and Medicaid eligibility of patients. Pursue countless opportunities to cross-train staff, fostering an environment that encourages continuous professional advancement. Help achieve quality and performance improvement goals such as increased patient satisfaction and reduced staff overtime. Preferred Criteria
- Master’s degree
- Familiarity with HMO contracts and hospital reimbursement programs
Required Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Knowledge of regulations/procedures of all aspects of the Admitting Department
- Strong communication and decision making skills to direct work, develop talent and drive engagement
