***Service Line Manager***

This is a Full-Time position located at Sentara Leigh in Norfolk, VA.

The Service Line Manager will Implement strategic plans and subspecialty program initiatives and develop and lead division specific program improvement initiatives while coordinating with division leaders as well as develops and implements program promotion initiatives and new services. Additionally the Service Line Manager will contribute to the success of the hospitals through achievement of system, hospital and divisional goals while providing leadership and administering human resource policies and practices in a multi-skilled, multi-functional environment.

Requirements and preferred qualifications: Master’s level degree in Health Administration or business administration/management required plus 1+ years of experience in project management and healthcare leadership preferred.
