The Manager, Supply Planning position works within the Supply Chain Department of Lyons Magnus, an international food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Fresno, California. This position is responsible for leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they are planning and scheduling production that promotes efficiency and high service rates.

Salary Range: $80,000-$110,000/ Year

Responsibilities:

• Creates an environment that promotes the culture and values of the Supply Chain group.
• Works with production and purchasing to ensure the schedule can be attained.
• Makes schedule changes as needed.
• Works with QA and production to ensure the proper bill of material version is scheduled.
• Maintains ERP planning and scheduling parameters.
• Oversees intercompany transferring of finished goods and raw materials.
• Measures against intercompany metrics and reports on results to ensure budget targets are achieved.
• Maintains the demand plan and makes changes when necessary.
• Maintains safety stock levels for finished goods inventory.
• Analyzes finished goods inventory and maintains inventory levels that meet budget and service objectives.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for successful communication between all levels of management, within the organization and externally.
• Skilled in Microsoft, Excel and Word.
• Experience with order management or ERP software.
• Attention to detail.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to develop, lead, motivate, and manage a successful team.
• Ability to work independently, take direction and delegate accordingly.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or three to five years of supply chain experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment
