Staffmark has an outstanding entry-level temp-to-hire opportunity for a motivated individual to fill a Manufacturing Associate position with a manufacturer in Wilmington, OH, with over 35 years of experience.

We are currently staffing for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, Monday - Friday, with a starting pay rate of $15.50 per hour and plenty of opportunities for overtime. The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for inspecting/processing car parts to meet the just-in-time production process. Job tasks include die-casting, machining, finishing, and assembly operation. The ideal candidate would have manufacturing experience, but we will train the best, most reliable fit for this position. Tasks involving bending, stooping, and lifting up to 35 pounds may occur occasionally.
