Therafin Corporation, a company committed to helping physically challenged individuals achieve greater independence, is seeking an ideal candidate to join our production team as a Spray Paint/Finisher. The successful candidate will join a small team known for providing great customer service and quality products.
Do you have a strong eye for detail, experience with spray painting and woodworking? We are looking for the right candidate to join our team working a 4-day work week! Monday-Thursday 7am to 5:30pm.
The essential roles, responsibilities and activities for this position are:
· Sanding using sander and hand sanding.
· Spraying of water-based finishes such as stain or paint using spray gun
· Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
· Accurately read and follow Manufacturing orders, quality procedure manual and other relevant instructions to meet quality specifications.
· Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
· Work with other shop departments to ensure quality products.
· Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
· Accurately record material usages and update manufacturing history logs.
· Clean production equipment or work areas as needed.
· Tasks as directed by supervisor.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
