We have an immediate hiring need for a full-time Manufacturing Services Associate located at our Richland Center, WI manufacturing facility.
Job Summary:
Performs administrative functions associated with supporting the manufacturing process including Manufacturing documentation support, Materials administration and Manufacturing process support. Support the Application Engineers, Technicians, and Product Support personnel who request SAP Materials, BOM creation and PO management for an order. Maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Maintains information on computer systems. Interfaces with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Application Engineers, Production Control Analysts, Production Leaders.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
  • Uses work instructions, schematics and manufacturing execution systems to provide materials administration, and process and documentation support on assignments that are typically difficult and possibly complex in nature.
  • Ability to work independently which includes expertise as a skilled specialist of knowledge across multiple functions.
  • Requires judgment to propose solutions and will assist in supporting training initiatives of department Also assists in the coordination of production, scheduling, and order prioritization.

  • Using a computer to view, log, or find appropriate job related information
  • Self-directed in a team environment
  • Safe use of manual tools, power tools and machinery
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma OR GED
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of previously related experience in materials administration, process, and documentation support
  • 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing / Production facility
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with Excel
