The Marine Billing Specialist is responsible for the coordination of all billing functions related to marine sales, Accounts Payable vouchering, and approval of invoices for the marine division.

The Marine Billing Specialist is responsible for the coordination of all billing functions related to marine sales, Accounts Payable vouchering, and approval of invoices for the marine division.
JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES
- Handles all billing and Accounts Payable vouchering for the marine division.
- Oversees billing for all marine related sales.
- Inputs bills of lading (BOL) information into database for final monthly reporting as well as inputting of orders into Firestream for freight invoicing.
- Processes vouchering and receives approval for invoices for services/product rendered by the marine division and forwarding to Accounts Payable.
- Fills in for nightly pricing as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, and accounts payable responsibilities is highly preferred.
- Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of billing systems AS400 and Firestream is desired.
