The Challenge to Solve
Empower local business owners with an online ordering platform aka 'The Goods' to order supplies on demand, with just a few clicks. Through this platform, pizzerias will have access to high quality and affordable supplies that they can't find elsewhere.
The Role
As a Market Operations Associate, you will oversee in-market adoption and operations of The Goods. You will engage, win, and retain pizzerias onto the platform, execute and manage warehouse and fulfillment operations, deliver perfect experiences for our shops, and ultimately scale The Goods and drive financial performance in the market. You will represent Slice to the customer, and play a variety of roles and make decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment. The Team
Your day-to-day will include planning, directing, and being accountable for all warehouse and delivery/fulfillment operations, including, but not limited to, deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems. You will work with the other market associates to develop and implement action plans to stand up market presence, scale it, and optimize financial performance. You will work towards those goals by tracking and hitting KPIs in areas such as shop acquisition, shop retention, cost per order and shop satisfaction. In addition, you will partner with leadership to help design The Goods long-term growth strategy.

We are looking for a versatile candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit, who can engage customers and build relationships with them. These are the core competencies this role calls for:
- 3-6+ years of experience is ideal
- Previous retail, warehouse, logistics, military, or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of financial statements and KPIs or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Customer-centric
- Ability to lead in an ever-changing environment and adapt

Salary Range: $75k-$125k OTE + benefits.
