We have an opening for a MARKETING ASSISTANT.

As a full-time Marketing Assistant, you are a member of our ‘A’ team; THE point of contact for a list of our clients, assisting them through the process of updating their telephone on hold marketing program by providing them with new ideas. You start the process by contacting them, reviewing their current program, presenting ideas for new copy to include which is sent to our Creative Director for copywriting. Upon approval of any new marketing scripts, you choose the professional voice talent; send them the copy for voicing, and the rest is handled by our production team. For you, the diversity and range of industries/business types is educational, fun and at the same time challenging. A small sample of industries we serve include hospitality, medical, automotive, government, wholesale and retail.

Essential Skills or minimum requirements (in addition to smiling a lot):

• Minimum of 1 year college or post high school education
• Minimum 2 years previous MARKETING experience. Sales and Customer Service positions will also be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good use of grammar, punctuation and editing.
• Willingness to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

We are PC based and you must be Windows computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word & Outlook primarily)

Pay: $37,440.00 - $45,000.00 per year
