As a lead marketing campaign strategist, you'll develop and execute brand, acquisition and retention marketing campaign strategies to build long-term relationships with Progressive customers. In addition, you'll craft data driven marketing campaign recommendations, leveraging market research and consumer insights to deliver impactful business and brand results. You'll demonstrate a comfort with ambiguity, thriving by building actionable integrated mass media campaigns with the right targets in mind.
Location: Mayfield Village, Ohio. Open to remote candidates willing to travel according to business need and work Eastern Time Zone hours.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, and a minimum of 8 years related work experience in a marketing role.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 12 years related work experience in a marketing role.
Preferred skills
- Strong understanding of brand and acquisition marketing
- Ability to translate business goals and objectives into marketing plans
- Experience building actionable integrated campaigns and audience-specific marketing strategies that deliver desired brand metrics and business results
- Expertise in leveraging market research findings, consumer insights and campaign/business results to develop actionable marketing strategies deployed in market
Compensation
- $82,400 - $115,000/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
