Novick Corporation is a food distribution company that specializes in servicing foodservice clients in childcare centers and educational settings. Members of the team are USDA and CACFP specialists, and work with our childcare partners to provide healthier snack and meal options. Because we specialize in childcare, we have a full range of offerings, including food, cleaning, and paper supplies. Our ancillary services allow us to partner with our clients to help fulfill each individual program’s goals for the health of their children. Services include menu planning with our nutritionists, nutritional trainings, portioning and serving guidelines, Serve Safe, inventory and cost control assistance, access to healthier child-friendly product and recipes, and more.

Philadelphia, PA Full Time/Hourly Based on years of experience


Responsibilities Include:

  • Administration of E-Commerce Platform pages including product and pricing updates, news, blogs, etc
  • Administration of client order guides and updates with product mix changes.
  • Special projects, including platform upgrades and technology changes.
  • Administration of nutritional and photo database for products.
  • Photography and/or video creation at Novick or client events.
  • Collaboration and communication with outside marketing vendors.
  • Marketing creation, including newsletters, videos, social media posts, SMS communications.
  • Maintenance and organization of gifts (client “swag”) and branded products, employee uniforms.
  • Solicitations of vendor support for sampling events, marketing fees.
  • Maintenance of all logs for fees and sampling reimbursement.
  • Creation and maintenance of a marketing calendar focused on holidays, events, and seasonal changes.
  • Conference materials
  • Client survey creation and analysis
  • Presentations to employees and clients about Novick products and services
  • Special projects such as client trade shows and tastings
  • Novick uniform program administrations.
  • Holiday gifting for clients and employees.
  • Employee appreciation events.
  • Maintenance of product specials and promotional events designed to stimulate purchase.
  • Performing special projects and other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must have proficiency with Office Suite Products, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must have social media administrative experience.
  • Must have design platform experience.
  • Preferred: Food distribution knowledge
