SUPERVISOR: Service Manager JOB CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide equipment preparation services internally by performing necessary testing, making changes to programming and adding necessary parts to insure equipment is fully functional when placed in market.

DESCRIPTION OF PRIMARY ESSENTIAL TASKS:

• Prepares all marketing equipment based upon EMO request.
• Properly fill out all paperwork to insure that the VMMS system is accurate.
• Communicate with supervisor about the set up and the operation of the equipment being prepared.
• Perform necessary testing to insure proper operation of equipment.
• Evaluate working conditions to insure safe working environment and request help when needed.
• Required to process equipment received and transferred according to CME standard.

DESCRIPTION OF SECONDARY ESSENTIAL TASKS:

• Required to complete other activities assigned by supervisor.

NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

None, may be updated depending on division requirements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

Requires basic knowledge of equipment /tools needed to fulfill the needs of the essential tasks.

MINIMUM QUALFICATIONS:

High school education or equivalent.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Working conditions will be inside and outside where temperatures will vary from extreme heat to extreme cold, working in rain or snow, and working in tight spaces, all for extended periods.

WORK DEVICES AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

May require the use of Handheld Computer, Handheld printer, Tools.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, climbing, balancing, stooping and kneeling.
