Glover Agency is seeking a talented Marketing Manager / Graphic Designer with a passion for digital marketing to join our growing marketing team! You should be a self-starter with an infectiously positive attitude, eagerness to learn, keen attention to detail, and ability to work in a truly fast paced environment. You should have a demonstrated ability to understand the goal of any given project and execute effective visuals based on the target audience and goal.
The Glover Agency Marketing Manager will run our digital ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, create and schedule social media posts, deliver custom, same-day graphics for ~50 real estate agents.
MUST PROVIDE A GRAPHIC DESIGN PORTFOLIO (website or PDF).

Responsibilities Include:
- Manage all digital marketing campaigns: Meta Ads (paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns), Google Adwords, Google Local Services
- Creating graphics for digital applications, such as social media, slideshows, and email
- Creating graphics and templates for print applications, such as flyers, business cards, brochures, postcards, signage and more
- Social media planning and posting
- Copywriting for social media posts, blog posts, emails, flyers and more
- Create, schedule and send emails through different email service provider platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp
- Juggle multiple projects and project deadlines (often same-day turnaround)
- Comfortable with presenting marketing information/tips in front of large groups
- Update Wordpress website - blog posts, maintenance and team updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in graphic design, digital advertising or related field
- Strong graphic design skills with visually compelling portfolio of work
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
- Proficiency with running paid digital ad campaigns resulting in positive ROI
- Experience with Canva is a plus
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (email, phone and in person)
- Experience with Wordpress and Wix websites
- Desire to learn
- Ability to receive and implement creative direction and constructive criticism
- Understanding of branding and corporate identity
- Desire and ability to create high quality work
- Attention to detail
- Occasionally assist on projects from other Live Unreal Companies brands (Glover Agency, Glover U, Titleocity, Upraze, Glover's Heroes, Glover Group Management)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
