Marketing Manager Job at Mather Economics, LLC
Mather Economics is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead strategies and tactics to increase our awareness, adoption, and advocacy across various audiences. You will have a direct business impact, overseeing campaigns end-to-end from strategy to execution. You are part of a team ensuring that our investment in marketing prospects and customers yields a great customer experience and drives business to Mather Economics.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in concert with company leadership
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of lead generation & cross-sell campaigns and lead-nurturing programs
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity including:
- Maintaining, managing, and updating the company website
- Developing and maintaining a social media marketing strategy and schedule.
- Development of sales enablement materials for Mather technology and analytics products.
- Make recommendations and continuously refine the marketing mix to drive the best results.
- Work with the team to develop and coordinate all Mather Symposium efforts for the annual Mather customer event, including location, communication, and speaker logistics.
- Serve as liaison with any outside marketing vendors as necessary.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Exceptionally high standards, confident personality with a desire to do great work while functioning in a multitasking, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strategic and critical thinker comfortable with making recommendations and with the ability to solve problems.
- Understanding of marketing measurement metrics and methods
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills; strong proofreading and editing skills
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years B2B marketing, communications, project management experience.
- Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Experience with any of the following are helpful:
- LinkedIn marketing
- Email campaign tools (Mailchimp, etc.)

This is a full-time salaried position with full health benefits, 401K, paid vacation, and an annual bonus.
