Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting Responsibilities: ● Provide workers’ compensation and other marketing services for Brian D. Meek, MD ● Maintain a log of hours, visits, activities performed with the expectation of approximately 40 hours/week of work on average ● Meet with and maintain relationships with workers’ compensation referral sources for the purposes of referrals for treatment and medicolegal evaluations to the Customer (2nd Opinion/IME) ● Pursue new referral sources (“referral sources” may refer to nurse case managers, employers and safety professionals, adjusters, TPA’s, insurance companies, attorneys, chiropractors, and law firms, among others) ● Make regular visits to referral source offices ● Answer and manage all workers’ comp related phone calls and inquiries, Monday - Friday ● Maintain and regularly update a database of referrals and referral sources ● Provide regular, monthly reports on referrals and trends ● Maintain an email and contact list of referral sources and other WC contacts ● Attend, set up, and network at appropriate meetings (for example MSIA, MO DWC, safety, and others) ● Design, order, and maintain marketing materials (e.g. flyers, posters, give-aways, etc). ● Provide other marketing services unrelated to worker’s compensation and related to the general practice of orthopedics as needed/requested by the Customer ● Organize, arrange, and execute talks, meetings, and social outings for the purposes of networking and marketing ● Work and coordinate with employees at Advanced Bone and Joint as necessary to perform job duties ● Perform any other duties reasonably requested by Dr. Meek to promote his practice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
