We are looking for a Marketing Specialist – Technical Development to join our Rowley, MA team. This individual will work in partnership with the Manager of Technical Development to empathize with a customer’s need and develop an elegant, technical/digital solution which delights the customer’s experience, solves their problems, and accelerates their business results.

POSITION DETAILS:

As a Marketing Specialist – Technical Development, you will:

• Lead the data management, manipulation, and nuanced application development of key projects that improve our technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with various departments across the organization (Marketing, Sales, NPD, IT, etc..) to effectively deliver projects/initiatives. Ensure project team members, peers, and key stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities in order to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project execution, tracking and analysis.
• Manage partnership and third-party engagements as needed for collaborative and outsourced projects.
• Perform market research to determine ways to improve and expand the functionality of our technical stack to further support the Harvey Performance company brands.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

• Team player with a love of collaboration, you thrive on working together towards a common goal and consistently achieving it.
• Strong observation, analytical, organizational, leadership, and documentation skills with a bias for action.
• Exceptional communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.
• Experience with Project Management, CAM, and/or SQL is a plus.
