Our clinic is in need of a knowledgeable, determined, confident, creative master esthetician with leadership assets. Lead Master Esthetician will be responsible for taking over the established program and expanding it further. We have patients waiting to be scheduled with the new Lead, and expect the new Lead to add to our patient portfolio.

We expect our Lead Master Esthetician to be proficient in (or willing to learn):

• Lasers/Light: tattoo removal, hair removal, IPL, carbon laser facial

• Radiofrequency: anti-aging facials, body toning, vaginal rejuvenation– A MUST!

• Microneedling (with and without PRP): face, scalp, and body

• Chemical peels: face, body, and intimate lightening

• Dermabrasion: hydrodermabrasion, microdermabrasion

• SuperFrecator (plasma pen)

• Other miscellaneous treatments: brow/lash tint, waxing (rarely), LED, microcurrent, ultrasonic, ultrasound, extractions, signature facials, and dermaplane

New Leader Master Esthetician will be given paid training on all modalities. There is a 90-day probation period. Performance evaluation will determine how the position will scale.

Qualifications:

• Must have current Master Esthetician license

• Minimum 6 months in the industry (recent grads should apply, but expect offer changes)

• Ability to work 9am to 5pm on weekdays Monday to Friday

• Ability to reliably commute to Tacoma clinic location

• Must be willing to assist the Urgent Care clinic when not engaged in esthetics

• Must be willing to perform ALL services, and ideally add more to the menu

• Must be willing to advertise on social media (facebook, instagram, groupon)

• Must be willing to bring in models (for training), and new clientele

• High morale, takes initiative and has a teamwork-oriented mindset

• Being bilingual is a HUGE asset to our clinic

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
