Job Summary:
Under general supervision, you will be responsible for performing the physical and/or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
Pay: $24.05 per hour

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, you will be responsible for performing the physical and/or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
Pay: $24.05 per hour
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: One Year (Contract)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will prepare and maintain records of items shipped and will be required to comply with documentation and record keeping procedures.
- May prepare goods for final shipment and/or production assembly.
- May examine, stock and/or distribute goods in inventory and/or in other areas.
- May enter information into the inventory management system.
- May follow documented assembly/ packaging instructions.
- May operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
Physical & Mental requirements:
- Exerting up to 50-100 pounds of work occasionally and/or up to 20-50 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- The ability to work with and/or sort small component parts.
- Must have good visual acuity and demonstrate fine motor skills/ability.
- Must be able to follow detailed verbal and/or written instructions.
- Must be able to complete detailed documentation accurately and correct/note minute inconsistencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High School degree and typically requires no experience. For non-U.S. citizens, equivalent education is acceptable.
- Basic reading, writing, math and measuring skills.
- Ability to operate PC and computer related programs.
- Effective interpersonal communications skills.
