$50 - $60 an hour
Firecracker Math runs summer camps and an after-school math enrichment program for kids. We are looking for Summer Math Camp instructors for our Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco and Lafayette locations to work Monday through Friday, 9am-12pm and/or 1pm-4pm on one or more of the following weeks: June 12-16, June 19-23, June 26-30, July 10-14, July 17-21, July 24-28 and July 31-August 4.
The right candidate must have the following credentials:
- A college or above degree in math, physics, computer science, or engineering. Graduate or post-graduate math students can be considered, as well as those with expertise and interest in math at a level commensurate with the above qualifications.
- Experience teaching kids ages 6 to 16;
- Enthusiasm and love for math.
Small class sizes (no more than 14), bright and motivated kids.
