Medical Receptionist Job at Central Wyoming Skin Clinic
- Medical Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Must have a reliable vehicle and available to day travel to out of town clinics 2-3 times a month. Main Clinic location is Casper and satellite clinics consist of Douglas, Riverton, Rawlins, Wheatland and Gillette.
- Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.
- Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delays.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Protects patient rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Medical Receptionist Qualifications / Skills:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Must have previous and recent experience and proficiency working with and EHR/EMR software system.
- Multi-tasking
