Need Front Office Staff for Pediatric Office REQUIREMENTS 1-2 years Doctor office experience PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Must be a quick learner Familiar with EMR and MS Programs. EMR training will be provided Documents all patient related activities in the EMR system Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills Manage confidential patient information in a professional manner. Must be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision making Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and vendors. Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. Effectively time-manage job responsibilities; Organize workflow and documentation. JOB DESCRIPTION Perform triage with patient phone calls to identify emergent and non-emergent situations. Manage patient flow to ensure proper scheduling and treatment. Clean and maintain rooms after patient exams including wiping exam tables, scrubbing chairs, and wiping counters and refilling supplies. Scan and import all patient documents including medical records, notes, referrals, labs, etc. Fax or communicate with referring physicians and labs to ensure timely scheduling. Must present themselves in a professional manner of dress and behavior
