Job Title: Medical Technologist (MLT, MT, MLS)
Location: Laboratory
Type: Full-Time, Mid Shift (2pm-10:30 pm)
Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 (Mid-shift only) Increased Hourly Wages
Our client is seeking a dependable and professional Medical Technologist to join our Laboratory Services team. As part of our esteemed healthcare network, which includes a state-of-the-art hospital, clinics, therapy sites, and pharmacies, we offer a diverse range of employment opportunities in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform generalist duties with expertise in Blood Bank, hematology, and chemistry
- Handle specimen processing, test performance, result reporting, quality control, and instrument maintenance
- Foster customer satisfaction, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and demonstrate adaptability
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Current certification/registration as MT or MLT, ASCP or equivalent
- Annual influenza and COVID vaccines are mandatory
- Additional certifications may be necessary and will be coordinated by Lake Regional as part of ongoing training and development
