Memory Care Aide responsibilities:

As a Memory Care Aide, you will assist residents in Memory Care Unit with activities of daily living and medication administration. You will also plan, organize, and conduct recreational activities for our residents in our Memory Care unit. You will work beside other Memory Care Aides to get the job done.

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position.

Shift: Day

Pay Range: $17-20 / hour

Memory Care Aide skills and requirements:

• Experienced working with advanced stages of dementia preferred, but not required. We will train the right person for this position!
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) experience preferred, but not required.
• Creative aptitude with the ability to display enthusiasm and a positive attitude in promoting activities.
• Good communication skills, including ability to give directions to others in a manner that is pleasant and easily understood.
