What you bring to SBHG:

• Four (4) years’ experience in a mental health field; experience with children or adolescents in residential or community-based settings preferred.
• Two (2) years’ experience with County mental health, child welfare, and/or juvenile probation systems and services.
• Two (2) years’ experience in behavioral health management.
• Licensed as MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist, plus two years post licensure experience and able to supervise registered interns.
• Valid California Driver's License.

How you will make a difference:

This position has primary responsibility for oversight of mental health services, case management services, and client support services to the children, adults and their families who are enrolled in the Central Star Crisis Residential Unit Program, Crisis Stabilization Unit and Full-Service Partnership. The Clinical Supervisor reports to and collaborates with the Program Director who has oversight of these programs. The Clinical Supervisor supervises Mental Health Specialists providing mental health services (including assessment and evaluation). The Clinical Supervisor may have their own caseload in addition to overseeing their staff. He/she acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical and support staff.
