A day in the life…
- Within a given benefits solution category (e.g., diabetes, musculoskeletal, and also more nascent categories outside the ones currently in our Trusted Partner Ecosystem), evaluate specific companies for potential inclusion in Accolade’s TPE. Identify and implement process optimizations to streamline work with these cross-functional groups.
- For a given Trusted Partner, analyze areas of potential overlap / synergy between Accolade’s core solutions and our Partner’s respective solutions, and develop a business case for Accolade on how to best rationalize those workflows.
- In collaboration with other internal stakeholders, identify opportunities to further enhance the value proposition of Accolade’s TPE, e.g., additional purpose-built integrations between Accolade and our partners, novel go-to-market approaches, etc.
