We are currently seeking a Monument Advisor/Salesperson for our Sumner, WA location. Candidates should be compassionate, energetic, service-minded individuals, who are interested in helping families during their time of need. This is an excellent opportunity to break into sales, as this is a client-facing position and there is plenty of room for professional growth.

Pay:
- Commission per sale, no cap
- Hourly pay $20-45 per hour
- Optional outside-sales and wholesale commission
- Saturday double commission

What will you do in this position?
- Work with individuals and companies in the sale of monuments and related products.
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
- Initiate and follow-up with customers to recommend, sell, answer questions, and resolve customer concerns.
- Coordinate with customers, outside agencies, and our inhouse production/design team.
What are we looking for?
- Previous retail or commission sales required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills (ie. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have (Not required):
- Fluent in a foreign language (Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, Samoan, etc.)
- Monument, memorial, and sign making or selling experience
- Ability to work Saturday (Double commission day)
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years previous Sales experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English
