We are currently taking applications for a full time customer service / parts specialist. This position has the opportunity to work on location as well as remotely. We are located in Escondido, CA.
Description: Duties will include customer correspondence (by email and phone), assisting with technical and product fitment questions, and managing customer orders.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude, be motivated self-starters, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail, be computer literate, have an interest in the motorsports industry, and be able to provide a high level of customer service every day. 1 year motorsports experience required.
Benefits: Pay rate DOE (depends on experience).This is an ideal entry-level position into the motorsports industry.
