Multi-Family Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (FT) Job at Sweetwater Property Management

We are looking for a leader in our Maintenance Supervisor with at least three years of proven experience as a maintenance member in the apartment industry. The ideal candidate will posses a welcoming smile, extensive knowledge of the profession and industry, have the attitude of a team player and leader.

Maintenance responsibilities include maintaining positive resident relations, apartment make ready, groundskeeping, amenities and property upkeep, responding to work orders within 24-hours, after hours emergency call, bending/ lifting/standing and other physical movement, work creatively and positively with all team members onsite/off site, vendors, ownership, etc., use of personal vehicle.
Requirements includes high school diploma or equivalent required, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, at least three years of experience as a maintenance technician/supervisor in multi-family/apartment community, tool relevant for the position
