This General Manager Position Is For You, If You Would Enjoy:

• Assisting the Regional Vice President in executing all local strategic planning initiatives established at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
• Overseeing the Distribution Center that oversees Los Angeles International Airport stores
• Use monthly financial reports, DCIS, and KPI reports to monitor and control expenses, improve profit margins, and control inventory levels
• Promoting a brand image of excellence through a strong work ethic, leadership by example, and the consistent delivery of excellent customer service and quality store visual presentation throughout the operation
• Competitive Salary Range: $150,000-$170,000 annually

General Manager Required Qualifications:

• Big box, multi-unit retail experience with at least 6 years at a management level
• Experience working with and managing high-end retail brands or boutique locations
• Flexible to work periodic long and/or irregular hours, weekends, and holidays (LAX operates 365 days a year)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, subordinates, peers, landlords, suppliers, and superiors
• Fluent computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
• Associate degree or above

• Manage a $125M sales volume operation
• Oversee approximately 300+ team members
• Oversee approximately 47 retail stores including but not limited to:
• Hudson Travel Convenience, Brookstone, Booksoup, Sunglass Hut, Coach, Michael Kors, Tumi, Bvlgari
• Provide enthusiastic, positive reinforcement and guidance to store staff
