Utah Housing Corporation, located in West Valley City, Utah is seeking a full-time, Multifamily Housing Credit Analyst in its Multifamily Finance & Development Department.

What you'll do:
- Evaluate and process housing credit applications; develop analytic tools to assess project viability and competitiveness.
- Work with the Multifamily Finance & Development Department staff to allocate housing credits to developers and applicants.
- Review and update the Qualified Allocation Plan; ensure consistency with application process.
- Work with developers and applicants to ensure a smooth application and allocation process.
- Complete final project reviews prior to issuance of form 8609
- Prepare reports on housing credit portfolio.
What you'll need:
- Minimum education level- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-5 years of affordable housing experience
- 5 years employment in a related profession
- 2 years of employee management experience preferred
- Exceptional project management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, along with an ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of U.S. Code Section 42
- Strong writing skills
What we offer:
Compensation for this position is in the $65,000 to $75,000 range based upon the above criteria and includes an exceptional benefits package.
